Biloxi Blues: A Quiet Chapter on the Gulf Tour

The Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic is one of the premier events on the Gulf calendar—but this year, it didn’t play out in our favor. Team Fat Chick left it all on the water, but we came up short.

It was a quiet tournament from a catch standpoint. No weigh-ins. No scoreboard splash. But that doesn’t mean there wasn’t effort behind the scenes. We fished, we pushed, and we learned.

Fishing isn’t just about the trophies—it’s about the resilience to keep going. With Biloxi behind us, we’re putting the past in the wake and setting our sights on the Florida run, including the Emerald Coast Billfish Classic and the Bay Point Billfish Open.
